Ambassador Award Program - Terms and Conditions

Existing clients of Lumacraft Photography who refer new clients to the studio qualify to
receive an Ambassador Award. An Ambassador Award can be redeemed for a 50% discount
on a new studio photography booking by the Referrer. The maximum value of an
Ambassador Award is 50% of the value of the photography portion of the new client's first
booking.

Eligibility for Ambassador Awards
1. Active and previous clients of Lumacraft Photography, whose accounts are in good
standing, are eligible to receive Ambassador Awards.
2. Ambassador Awards will be issued for referred bookings by new clients made after
November 13 2009. Referred bookings made prior to that date are not eligible.
3. The referral must be mentioned by either the new client or by the Referrer at the time of
the new client's first booking.
4. Each Ambassador Award, including its maximum value and expiration date, will be
confirmed in a note from Lumacraft Photography to the Referrer.
5. Referrers who do not receive a note confirming the Award within one week of their
referral's booking should contact Lumacraft Photography.

Accumulating Ambassador Awards
6. The maximum value of each Ambassador Award is calculated based on the photography
portion only of the new client's booking, and not on product purchases or any other types of
orders.
7. There is no limit on the number of Ambassador Awards that a Referrer can receive.

Redeeming Ambassador Awards
8. An Ambassador Award may be redeemed by the Referrer to receive a maximum 50%
discount on a new photography booking by the Referrer.
9. Ambassador Awards can be applied to new portrait session bookings made by the Referrer
after the Ambassador Award is issued, and not to previously booked orders.
10. Ambassador Awards can only be used to discount photography service fees, and not to
discount product purchases or any other type of order.
11. Ambassador Awards can be redeemed when booking any type of studio photography
service. No other type of photography service, including location and wedding photography,
is eligible.
12. Multiple Ambassador Awards cannot be combined. Ambassador Awards must be used as
issued.
13. Ambassador Awards may be redeemed to discount regularly priced services, and may not
be combined with any other promotional offer to receive a greater discount.
14. Ambassador awards can be applied toward a single session only and cannot be split among
multiple sessions.

Ambassador Award Expiration
15. Ambassador Awards expire six months after issue date, which will be based on the
referred client's booking date.

Miscellaneous
16. Sales taxes on sessions booked using Ambassador Awards are calculated based on the full
value of the session, without the discount is applied.
17. Ambassador Awards are non-transferrable.
18. Ambassador Awards have no cash value.
19. The Ambassador Award Program may be withdrawn at any time and without notice by
Lumacraft Photography. The current status of the program will be posted at
www.lumacraft.com/ambassador.
20. The terms and conditions of the Ambassador Award Program may be changed at any
time and without notice by Lumacraft Photography. The program's current terms and
conditions will be posted at www.lumacraft.com/ambassador.
